This is a clone of issue RHEL-87579 to use for version rhel-10.1

Original description:
Currently, the role does not support setting the default kernel. It is able to print what is the default kernel by returning bootloader_facts, and allows for editing the DEFAULT kernel.
It should be able to set the default kernel with `grubby --set-default`.
