When zeroing a disk which is stored on NFS, we used a fallback method. However this does not correctly zero the range of data blocks, leaving previous non-zeroed data exposed.
Fix is upstream here:
https://gitlab.com/nbdkit/nbdkit/-/commit/20b23fc9838faeddfd42664a7f497a9b29dc5921
We urgently need to get this fix into RHEL 9.5, 9.6, 9.7 and RHEL 10.0, 10.1
Instructions for reproducing this are in RHEL-101636.
