man-pages: Remove POSIX manual pages

      The POSIX manual pages have been released under a license that does not permit modification. RHEL inherits the Fedora licensing policies, and the license was flagged not-allowed there.

      We should remove the POSIX manual pages to comply with the licensing guidelines. (Note that this is purely a RHEL policy matter, not a copyright issue, as far as I know. The files are redistributable.)

      Customers are still able to view these pages online. As we are not allowed to correct issues with them, shipping our own copy does not add much.

      (Previous releases of the POSIX manual pages used a different license that permitted modification.)
