Feature description
Include the latest mpi3mr driver patches from the upstream kernel into the RHEL 9.8 OS, so that the RHEL 9.8 inbox driver has the latest features and fixes by default.

Why is this feature needed?
This feature is required to utilize the SAS40XX/SAS41XX controllers in RHEL 9.8 using inbox drivers.
What hardware or software does this enable?
96XX HBA & RAID controllers based on SAS40XX,SAS41XX and SAS51xx chips from Broadcom DCSG and the associated device driver

Both on-board and add-on HBA devices
