Feature description
Include the latest megaraid_sas driver patches from the upstream kernel into the RHEL 10.2 OS, so that the RHEL 10.2 inbox driver has the latest features and fixes by default.

Why is this feature needed?
This feature is required to utilize the MegaRAID controllers in RHEL 10.2 using inbox drivers.

MegaRAID controllers based on SAS3XX from Broadcom DCSG and the associated device driver
