Include the latest megaraid_sas driver patches from the upstream kernel into the RHEL 9.8 OS, so that the RHEL 9.8 inbox driver has the latest features and fixes by default.

Why is this feature needed?
This feature is required to utilize the MegaRAID controllers in RHEL 9.8 using inbox drivers.

MegaRAID controllers based on SAS3XX from Broadcom DCSG and the associated device driver
