Stunner - designer generates WID files

      Just remove *.wid file from the project. It won't be generated again, and Service Tasks section in the Pallet won't be displayed as well.

      1. Start Business Central with org.kie.workbench.profile=FORCE_PLANNER_AND_RULES system property
      2. Create new project and new process in it

      Actual Result

      WID file will be generated. Designer will display Service Tasks section in the Palette.

      Expected Result

      WID file shouldn't be generated for Rule Flow profile, Service tasks shouldn't be displayed in the Pallet.

      When I open new Designer in DM version of Business-Central it generates *.WID file and Palette displays Service Tasks, but it shouldn't.
