rename RHDM optaweb to optaweb-employee-rostering

      We're expecting to have 2+ app templates for Business Optimizer:

      • optaweb-employee-rostering (for 7.1) to help hospitals, security guard firms, factories, etc assign shifts to employees
      • optaweb-vehicle-routing (for 7.2 or 7.3) to help retailers, telecoms, etc assign visits to vehicles and decide the order of those visits per vehicle.

      These templates are completely independent.
      So, we must not abbreviate optaweb-employee-rostering as optaweb, because "optaweb" is ambiguous. It will also cause name collisions.
