Phantom kieservers appear in the "DevOps"

      Occaisonally there is an extra kieserver in the list on the DevOps page of Decision Central (see attached screenshots.) The server won't have any containers associated with it. I think it might have to do with OpenShift spinning up a new container, but I'm not sure about that.
