Allow set kie server location to external URL in RHDM

    Description

      I have installed RHDM7 on openshift as per this documentation
      https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_decision_manager/7.0/html/deploying_red_hat_decision_manager_on_red_hat_openshift_container_platform/dm-openshift-deploy-con#kieserver-central-deploy-proc

      I have deployed simple KJAR and when I open Decision Central-> Execution Servers this is the URL I see:

      http://172.17.0.7:8080/services/rest/server/containers/TestProject_1.0.1

      When I click on this URL, it doesn't work.

      What works is this URL:

      https://secure-rhdm7-oc-kieserver-rhdm7-openshift.192.168.99.100.nip.io/services/rest/server/containers/TestProject_1.0.1

      Actual behavior: The Decision Server URLs in the Decision Central are not functional
      Expected behavior: It's possible to have functional Decision Server URLs inside Decision Central UI

      This will very likely have impact on the documentation as well.
