Deployments perspective should be disabled by default (as it's tech preview) in RHDM 7.0 GA swarm distribution.
This issue might be related to https://issues.jboss.org/browse/RHDM-344 in which product-specific configuration is no applied correctly?

In normal WARs this feature is disabled by one of
kie-drools-wb-parent/kie-drools-wb-distribution-wars/src/main/productized/resources/security-module-admin.properties
kie-wb-parent/kie-wb-distribution-wars/kie-wb/src/main/productized/resources/security-module-admin.properties
kie-wb-parent/kie-wb-distribution-wars/kie-wb-monitoring/src/main/productized/resources/security-module-admin.properties

which ends up in the final war/WEB-INF/classes/.
But in the swarm distribution for RHDM CR2 I didn't find this file (maybe I looked for it in wrong place).
