Guided Rule Editor and its field value tooltips are not well readable for the user due to the amount of text in the tooltip. The tooltips should be updated in the following way:

- - Sort By Name
  - Sort By Date
  - Ascending
  - Descending
  - Thumbnails

  - Download All
