Return last prediction strategy throws rule.ConsequenceException exception

Return last no true child prediction strategy [1] throws rule.ConsequenceException. This strategy is used in PMML tree models when scoring reaches an internal Node at which none of the subnodes predicates evaluate to TRUE, and no missing value handling strategy (if defined) is invoked.
