An error occurs if projects are not loaded in the decision central

      1. Navigate to 'Projects'
      2. Import project from http://git.app.eng.bos.redhat.com/git/bpms-assets.git
      3. Navigate to space where you imported the project
      4. Click 'Spaces' breadcrumb

      When you have a space with more projects and you navigate to this space and then you try to navigate to 'Spaces' (or Try Samples etc.) before the list of projects is loaded, you get an error dialog (see attached screenshot). It is possible to reproduce this issue also manually and it seems to be similar to RHDM-235.
