Hi,

it seems that standalone-full.xml in decision-central has <system-properties xmlns=""> tag (should be without xmlns="").

In addition, standalone.xml has <extension xmlns="" module="org.wildfly.extension.messaging-activemq"/>, again, with an empty namespace.

The result is that the decision-central cannot be started.
