KIE-Server Swagger "Try it out" points to wrong URL when server is deployed as ROOT.war

      3) Try out one of the APIs.

      When running the KIE-Server in a Decision Manager OpenShift image, the "Try it out" buttons of the Swagger UI don't work anymore as they point to the wrong URL.

      The problem seems to be that in OpenShift, the KIE-Server is deployed as ROOT.war, which seems to break the relative URL.

      Actual URL created:
      http://rhdm7-install-kieserver-rhdm7-install-developer.127.0.0.1.xip.io/server/containers

      Expected URL:
      http://rhdm7-install-kieserver-rhdm7-install-developer.127.0.0.1.xip.io/services/rest/server/containers
