Execution Server scaling: Copy maciej's blog into the kie-docs

      Sometimes I get the feeling that users tell me that the "Execution Server documentation" (especially around scaling) should be replaced by a link to Maciej's excellent blog.

      Of course, blog posts aren't versioned, we can't reuse it in drools-docs & optaplanner-es-wb-docs, etc so that wouldn't be a good long-term solution.
      Instead, we need to "documentize" Maciej's blog posts: copy the content into kie-docs, check if it still works and clean them up if possible.

      At least these 3 blog posts needs to be covered in the kie-docs repository:
