Description
The OptaPlanner 8.11 branch which goes into DM/PAM 7.12 still has the KieRuntimeBuilderWrapper, something we don't want to support in product.
Neither the previous product branch for DM/PAM 7.11, nor main for 7.13 has that.
So it should be removed for DM/PAM 7.12 too.
The KieRuntimeBuilderWrapper is specifically used for native build with scoreDRL - the impact will be minimal.
