Recreating a recently delete project will result in a "-1" in the name

      1. Create a project call "test-delete" in "My Space"
      2. Delete the project.
      3. Click on "Spaces" in the breadcrumb to go back to the spaces view.
      4. Click on "My Space" to go back to the My Space page.
      5. In the "My Space" page, create the project again with the same "test-delete" name.
      6. The resulting project name will be "test-delete", which is correct.

      Recreating a project with the same name as one recently deleted will result in a "-1" appended to the name.  But after deletion, going back to the spaces page then clicking into the space, then create the project again results in the correct name.
