[Test Scenario][BC Included] today() and now() functions not evaluated correctly in Test Scenarios

      today() function does not evaluate correctly in Test Scenario table.  For example, string(today()) should be something like "2021-05-11" but instead it is null.
       
      Here's a simple example where the Decision node just outputs the input string. 
       

       

      Same issue present for now() FEEL function.
