Description of problem:

This is a continuation of BZ 1322487 [1].

Results from engine performance tests (see attachments) shows that we have a regression in CoincidesDuringFusionBenchmark. It shows 10% performance regression when compared to results from 6.2 product. BZ 1322487 [1] introduced fix for this area which brought overall improvements in Fusion benchmarks, fixing other regressions, however this single benchmark remains in red numbers.

QE don't consider this as a blocker, because it is probably caused by Thread safety fixes, but it needs further investigation (hence I'm setting request to target this to first 6.3 patch if some problems are found and fixed).
