[DMN Designer] DMN suggestions do not parse function arguments

      3. Set its expression as 'Literal expression'

      The issue is related to DMN suggestions enhanced as part of BAPL-1716.

      The cursor is on position where just numbers suit in, because date(year:num, month:num,day:num).
