DMN Constraint Enumerations have no Effect

      1. Open the Traffic Violation sample dmn project.
      2. Observe that the data types tViolation.Type data type has three values

      4. Return to the decision table and run the validation option a warning about string enumerations is listed BEFORE any changes are made to Violation.Type values:

      5. Change the 1st column to a string not listed in the enumeration

      6. Save the table.A validation check will be run.  The same warning as before is produced.  Nothin indicates tat the constraint enumeration has been violated:

      Constraints expressed as an enumeration have no effect.  They do not constrain the rule author from entering incorrect values outside the range of the enumeration.  No warning is issued to indicate that incorrect values are typed.
