[Guided Decision Table Graph] Refresh after removal of table

      1. Open the mortgages project
      2. Create new GDT graph in the package mortgages.mortgages
      3. Click on Documents - Open
        • Select Pricing Loans
      4. Click on Documents - New
        • Fill the table name (loan application checker in the attachment) and finish the wizard
      5. In the new table, define column that will have simple condition column like
        • $application : LoanApplication(approved == [literal_value])
      6. Tables will be linked
        • Shown in attachment
      7. Select the loan application checker table
      8. Click on Documents and remove the Pricing Loans table from the graph
      9. You will be in situation like shown in second attached screenshot
        • Add Column & Edit Columns buttons are disabled - they should be enabled
        • The loan application checker column has link indicator in the column header - it shouldn't have this indicator
