[DMN Designer] Decision Table allow to merge condition cells with same expression

      As a user I want to merge similar expressions in a decision table so it can be "easier" to read.
      Some DMN practitioners think that merging these values creates an easier to read data table, but that can be opinionated. Anyway, our tool does not have a merge behavior for the people that prefers to look the decision tables that way.
