[DMN Designer] Scroll Bars are not updated when keyboard is used for navigation in nested grid

      1. Import the attached dmn file into business central
      2. Navigate to the expression of the single decision node inside
      3. Scroll to the nested decision table
      4. Select a cell of that decision table
      5. Try to press arrow keys, the scrollbars and whole view will be updated incorrectly

      When a DMN expression grid exceeds the canvas there are scroll bars available for user. However the issue is the scroll bars are not updated if the keyboard is used for navigation between cells of nested grid. See the steps to reproduce
