As an engineer working on a plugin for RHDH, I request to add the Kiali plugin as a dynamic plugin in the RHDH docs so that it is listed in the Red Hat Developer Hub documentation: https://docs.redhat.com/en/documentation/red_hat_developer_hub/1.2/html-single/configuring_plugins_in_red_hat_developer_hub/index

The observable functionality that the user would have as a result of receiving

Kiali consist on a frontend and backend plugin, is maintained by Red Hat, and has a community support.
