Increase the e2e tests for the ArgoCD, Lightspeed and Orchestrator plugin.

Goals (aka. expected user outcomes)

ArgoCD, Lightspeed, and Orchestrator workspaces in overlays repo contain e2e tests that cover their main functionality
- argocd & lightspeed e2e tests should be at parity with existing dev mode tests
- for orchestrator, see test plan
required services are deployed as part of the setup script for each respective workspace
- argocd service
- LLM deployment/config for remote service
