Make AITestTriage work with any OpenShift CI repo and add autonomous nightly analysis.

Extend AITestTriage to:

Acceptance Criteria

• Repo moved to redhat-developer org as AITestTriage from subhashkhileri.
• Evaluated and migrated to modern agent SDK
• Create MCP servers for custom tools: jira-mcp-server, gcs-mcp-server, chromadb-mcp-server   
• Make it Agnostic to work with other repos as well.
• JIRA project/server configurable via environment variables
• Job patterns configurable for different repos
• CronJob discovers and analyzes failed nightly jobs
• Auto-creates JIRA tickets for failures without open issues
• Posts analysis results to dedicated Slack channel
