Group the ServiceNow plugins within BCP together.

Goals (aka. expected user outcomes)

Plugin `scaffolder-backend-module-servicenow` should be moved to the workspace servicenow.

Requirements (aka. Acceptance Criteria):

• Plugin `scaffolder-backend-module-servicenow` moved to the workspace servicenow.
• Both plugins should be tested together in the same namespace.

Out of Scope (Optional)

Don't align configuration into both plugins, we need to consider how to do that...

Open question.

We need to review the scaffolder-backend-module-servicenow application configuration. It has a different structure than the servicenow plugin, so maybe it makes sense to align them. But we have a plan for the servicenow plugin: it should support multi-cluster configuration. If we align the scaffolder-backend-module-servicenow plugin configuration, then maybe we need to consider the same multi-server feature for the scaffolder-backend-module-servicenow plugin.
