Feature Overview (aka. Goal Summary)

So far we've focused on using the Events System in use cases involving Entity Providers. We should investigate if there are other use cases where using the Events System would benefit RHDH.

Requirements (aka. Acceptance Criteria):

1. Identify and document at least three distinct use cases for the Events System
2. Develop PoCs demonstrating this use cases.
3. Based on the PoC outcomes, create and link new Jira Features/User Stories for the production-grade implementation of the most viable use cases.
