Developer hub instance is not supporting Horizontal POD Autoscaler and Pod Distributed Budget. Customers need both features for scaling the environment based on the resource usage. Since the pod does not have the capability to autoscale, the environment is becoming slow because many users are trying to access. Customers want to scale the RHDH environment based on the resource usage with HPA/PDB.
