Feature Overview (aka. Goal Summary)

Follows RHIDP-7008. When we're ready to move to the new front end system.

Goals (aka. expected user outcomes)

Add New Frontend System support in all Red Hat owned plugins and other GA frontend plugins.

Requirements (aka. Acceptance Criteria):

1. Adopt the NFS in all plugins in rhdh-plugins (adoption-insights, extensions, etc.)
2. Adopt the NFS in all plugins in BCP we've added (tekton, topology, etc.)
3. Add app-next to all these workspaces
4. Update playwright tests to use app-next (dev mode tests only)

Out of Scope (Optional)

Every non page/tab mount point that is not supported by standard Backstage extension point, for this please see RHDHPLAN-893

Documentation Considerations

This just prepare plugins to support the NFS. No change in our off. doc expected. Some READMEs might be updated.
