Feature Overview (aka. Goal Summary)

Currently, an RHDH Administrator must select user/group/policy individually in the RBAC plugin. This is a very slow and tedious task. We want to allow an administrator to select multiples users and groups at once, as well as multiple permissions at once from the list of policies available for a plugin. Additionally, we can have an option to select all policies.

Goals (aka. expected user outcomes)

Improve the usage of the RBAC plugin by allowing an administrator to set up RBAC roles and policies must faster by selecting several users and groups at once and several or all policies at once.

Requirements (aka. Acceptance Criteria):

• As an administrator, when I'm creating a new role or editing an existing role, I want to be able to select multiple users and groups from the dropdown list.
• As an administrator, when I'm creating a new role or editing an existing role, I want to be able to select all plugins at once. 
• As an administrator, when I'm creating a new role or editing an existing role, I want to be able to select several plugins at once. 
• As an administrator, when I'm creating a new role or editing an existing role, I want to be able to select all policies at once. 
• As an administrator, when I'm creating a new role or editing an existing role, I want to be able to select multiple policies at once. For example, selecting 'View', 'Execute', 'Read' all at once and save.
