Customers likes to create their custom homepages but some common plugins, even these developed by Red Hat, doens't provide home page cards.

Goals (aka. expected user outcomes)

Contribute home page cards to some "common" plugins. See ACs.

Requirements (aka. Acceptance Criteria):

1. GitLab similar to GitHub (for assigned/created issues and merge requests), see DevHub IT instance (code: https://gitlab.cee.redhat.com/devhub/dynamic-plugins/rhdh-devit-plugins/-/tree/main/plugins/devit-homepage/src/components?ref_type=heads)
2. ServiceNow (has already a tab for assigned tickets, but its shown on the user catalog page), code: https://github.com/backstage/community-plugins/tree/main/workspaces/servicenow
3. Jira (tbd for which plugin)
