Feature Overview (aka. Goal Summary)

Some customers are asking for the auto logout feature that is available in Backstage. https://backstage.io/docs/auth/autologout/

Requirements (aka. Acceptance Criteria):

• The auto logout feature should be added to RHDH
• The auto logout should be disabled by default
• Platform engineers (admin) should be able to configure the 5 properties from for the auto logout feature.
• Platform engineers should be able to find the documentation for this feature in the RHDH documentation.
