We should explore, through the implementation of some Spike, if the current RHDH Dynamic Plugins support is fully compatible with the distributed plugins deployment scheme as described by this Spotify presentation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aq_n4FjWe_Y&t=1467s 

This is important to ensure that, long-term, RHDH supports the same level of scalability, and the same deployment options, as standard Backstage.
