As a part of 1.8, we included the github, gitlab, Bitbucket cloud and Bitbucket server event modules as tech preview and also included docs on how to use these modules.

Adding GA support would involve:

1. Including e2e tests for each module
2. Test for fault tolerance/HA 
   1. As part of RHIDP-6991, it was decided that it might be a good idea to add an admin interface button to force a sync in case of delays. We should also check if this would actually be helpful
