Current scenario:
The left nav is a fixed set of space in Red Hat Developer Hub 1.3. When we have a large set of components to view, it takes up a large amount of real estate. It would be nice to make it collapsible to open up real estate for the page. Currently, we have the solution as per-user option under Settings > General (tab) > Appearance (card) > Disable Pin Sidebar.

Feature request:
Can that be moved out of the hidden settings and make it something readily available on the side bar so that it's more intuitive?
