With each unsuccessful attempt of using a GPT (Golden Path Template) for CICD an unusable code repo is created for the application. 
Currently It is a manual process to delete these unused repo. This is creating toil on the Platform team.
This was noticed during a customer POC.
Customer is requesting to have a deprovisioner to reduce the toil on the platform team.
