As an RHDH user, I want metrics for newly added dynamic entities to begin loading immediately upon registration.

To improve the user experience, we should automatically sync metric data for new entities. Currently, it may be unclear or frustrating for users to wait for the next scheduled sync task to trigger before seeing their data.

Background

Added dynamically entity will display "No scorecards added yet" till the scheduler will run task to sync the data for all entities.
