      Epic Goal

      • Adding restrictions to limit the topic of questions that the user can ask

      Why is this important?

      • In order to improve the accuracy of the Lighspeed plugin responses, the questions that the user can ask will be restricted to a predefined list of topics.

      Scenarios

      1. By default, the Lightspeed plugin will limit the topics that can be asked on the query
      2. When the user ask the questions that are not within the list of restricted topics, a general response will be provided to notify the user that the question is out of scope of the Lightspeed plugin support. The message should either list or have a way for the user to see the details on the list of topics that the user can ask.
      3. Platform engineer have the option to enable or disable the restriction
      4. Potential feature (TBD): Platform engineer have the option to adjust the restriction topics
