Epic Goal
- Adding restrictions to limit the topic of questions that the user can ask
Why is this important?
- In order to improve the accuracy of the Lighspeed plugin responses, the questions that the user can ask will be restricted to a predefined list of topics.
Scenarios
- By default, the Lightspeed plugin will limit the topics that can be asked on the query
- When the user ask the questions that are not within the list of restricted topics, a general response will be provided to notify the user that the question is out of scope of the Lightspeed plugin support. The message should either list or have a way for the user to see the details on the list of topics that the user can ask.
- Platform engineer have the option to enable or disable the restriction
- Potential feature (TBD): Platform engineer have the option to adjust the restriction topics
