Description of problem:

Disable/hide default sidebar in RHDH, the sidebar item can be removed for the sidebar with a configuration like below

          title: ''

more details about configuring sidebar (mostly reordering, updating icons, title etc can be seen here, however passing ' ' (empty string) would hide the navbar is not documented, and we have https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHIDP-6065 in 1.6 to have it hidden with a dedicated key and cover docs as part of this.
