Description of problem:

• In the Starred Items dropdown, the color of the star icon differs from the one we use elsewhere in the product. Could we update it to match the standard star icon color? (see screenshot attached)
• When multiple items are starred and I remove some, the dropdown's width seems to jump slightly. Could we make its width fixed and truncate long item names with an ellipsis (...) if needed? (see video attached)
• The Links and Profile drop-down don't show any hover state (unlike the Starred Items dropdown). Can we add a hover effect to improve usability?
• In the Links dropdown, can we add the "external link" icon next to the Read more button since it opens in a new tab? (as here)
