Description of problem:

When attempting to add repositories via the bulk import, there was a issue where an already registered repository is added again.

• The existing repo shows a null/No status in the bulk import added repo list.
• The repository is allowed to be added again, creating duplicate entries.

Prerequisites (if any, like setup, operators/versions):

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable Bulk import Plugin.
2. Register a component from using "Register Existing Component" .
3. register component for eg : https://github.com/janus-qe/custom-catalog-entities/blob/main/timestamp-catalog-info.yaml
4. Navigate to bulk import 
5. verify added repositories table, repo is listed without the status.
6. click on add repo in bulk import UI
7. select the same repo.
8. click on create pull request.
9. duplicate repo will be listed in added repositories table.

Actual results: 

The existing repo shows a null/No status in the bulk import added repo list.
The repository is allowed to be added again, creating duplicate entries.

Expected results: It should recognize that the repository already exists and prevent it from being added again.
