Vertical tabs have right border instead of left border as PF style has.

Steps to Reproduce

In rhdh-plugins/workspace/theme

1. yarn install
2. yarn run
3. In the app, go to Mui v4 tests or Mui v5 tests page, Tabs tab

Actual results:

Tabs indicator on tabs right.

Expected results:

Tabs indicator on tabs left.
