Description of problem:

The rhdh-chart repo has a Renovate configuration file here: https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-chart/blob/main/.github/renovate.json

But it does not seem to take effect: https://github.com/redhat-developer/rhdh-chart/pulls?q=sort%3Aupdated-desc+is%3Apr+Renovate 

Probably because the Renovate app is not installed on the Repo? 

The archived janus-idp/helm-backstage repo seemed to have a few PRs from Renovate: https://github.com/janus-idp/helm-backstage/pulls?q=sort%3Aupdated-desc+is%3Apr+Renovate
