Description of problem:

No padding between columns on Plugin details panel

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Plugin Catalog details flyout panel

Actual results:

When there are long "highlights" describing a plugin, it runs up into the About section and content in the other column. There's no padding between those elements.

Expected results:

There should be some space to break up that content so it is easier to read and looks better. I understand space is tight, but it seems like you could reduce the indent of the bullets, and shift some of that whitespace to better separate the columns content
