Description of problem:

While working with a customer support ticket, we found the following issues with the Microsoft Azure Authentication setup docs:

1. Missing instruction to enable the `backstage-plugin-catalog-backend-module-msgraph-dynamic` plugin

• It would be nice to have "must have the `backstage-plugin-catalog-backend-module-msgraph-dynamic` installed" in the prerequisite section in 4.2
• This would also be nice to add for the 2 other providers

2. Schedule is a mandatory field for the msgraph catalog provider

3. Missing API permissions for the Azure app
There are 2 more Application (Not Delegated) permissions needed for Azure user/group ingestion: * GroupMember.Read.All
