Description of problem:

Horizontal line is focusable

Actual results:

When opening the kebab dropdown menu for a component detail, the horizontal line can be focused by a keyboard when it shouldn't be. I also need to focus on the horizontal line before I can navigate to other items in the dropdown

Expected results:

It should behave like a regular MUI select
